Pilgrim’s stamp
A pilgrim’s stamp can be requested for the pilgrim passport at the reception of the Saint Ladislaus Visitors’ Center (Chapter Hill 13.).

Our ticket prices include VAT.
Payment methods: cash (HUF), credit/debit card, SZÉP card.
Ticket prices are valid until cancellation.
Please indicate your invoice request in advance. We are not able to issue an invoice afterwards.
Admission is free for children under 6 years of age.
Discount tickets are available on presentation of a document proving eligibility (student card, pensioner card).
We are unable to serve persons under the influence of alcohol.
No complaints will be accepted after leaving the reception.
Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the top level of the Bishop’s Castle is not open; you can only go up to the second resting level.
Please note that no vehicles (including bicycles and scooters), animals, sharp objects, hazardous materials or anything that could endanger the safety of the artworks, visitors or staff are allowed in our exhibition areas.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is only allowed in designated areas.
For visitors with special needs
Visitors with disability with one attendant can visit any of the exhibition areas of the Saint Ladislaus Visitors’ Center free of charge. Free tickets can only be obtained at the reception on the day of visit by presenting a proof of entitlement.
Please note that only the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady, the Triangulum Gallery, the Diocesan Collection Center of Győr’s Library and Exhibition Space, the Saint Ladislaus Christian Gift Shop, Café Collis and the Pilgrim's Rest are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
